Chinese Zodiac

        Chinese Zodiac has a 12-year cycle. Each year is named after one of 12 animals. People born in that year have the same Characteristics as the animal. Find the year you were born in. Do you have these characteristics?

Felling better

Trip to Referece Library

         Yesterday, our class went to Toronto Reference Library, it's was big and beautiful. When you stand on the top layer, you can see"Don Valley Parkway", it's so beautiful!!!

          Somepeople studied in the Library, there has a lot of books for anything, you can find any book you're looking for, but some books you can't borrow to home, it was a little regretful.
          After we see around the Library, we went to  a vietnamese restaurant and enjoyed vietnam food. Before I never ate vietnamese food ,but it's very delicious, I like that!

Why do you need to eat breakfast?

      Everyday, everyone need to eat breakfast, but somepeople never eat breakfast. it's very bad. Why do you need to eat breakfast?  There are have 8 reasons to eat breakfast every day.
  1. Eating breakfast helps you lose weight.
  2. Skipping breakfast is tied to begging overweight.
  3. Skipping it makes it harder to meet your nutritional needs.  
  4. It's easy, even if you're not hungry.
  5. You're will have more energy.
  6. You're less likely to cheat on your diet.
  7. You'll feel smarter.
  8. You're setting a good example for your kids.

        This morning, I send my daughter to school bus on this way, my daughter told me: yesterday she ran in the school gym on a 1,400 meters, she came 30th and there were about 60 students running. After I listened I was very surprised, because she looks some thin,even able to run 1,400 meters, it's very great. I immediately praised her, I hope she can stick to it, let her get stronger.

      Mid-Autumn festival

      Mooncakes! Yum!


                 Today is the chinese Mid-Autumn Festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival,also known as the Moon festival, Moon cake Festival or Zhongqiu Festival, is a popular lunar harvest Festival celebrated by chinese and vietnamese people. The Festival is held on 15th day of the eighth month. Now it is chinese public holiday.
                 Mid-Autumn Festival is a family reunion day. Before,every year in the Mid-Autumn Festival night,My family and friends carried moon cakes, fruits, lanterns and other things to sit on the side of the grass to eat moon cake, while the full moon, children run around on the grass with lanterns, play very fun.
                 But today we had Mid-Autumn Festival in canada, not a good feeling we got homesick.
                 Finally, I wish everyone a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
